Qualified persons may accompany conservation officer
25In the discharge of his or her duties under this Act or the regulations, a conservation officer may be accompanied by any person the conservation officer considers to be qualified and that person may carry out examinations and inspections, take samples, carry out tests or take any other measure directed by the conservation officer.
